From Biochem Student to Service Team Star at All-American Pest Control: Tyrie
Tyrie’s passion for pest control began with a biochemistry degree and an interest in chemicals and treatments. A friend of his who was a manager at a pest control company suggested Tyrie gain real-world experience that aligned with his interests. That simple nudge launched Tyrie on a fulfilling career path he enjoys every day.
In 2023, Tyrie joined All-American Pest Control’s Launch Program. His hard work was quickly recognized, and he was promoted to mentor within the same year.
Thriving in a busy environment where he can make a real difference, Tyrie says, “I love solving problems, helping people and being outside. As a pest control professional, I get to do all three!”
While loving his work is essential, Tyrie appreciates other aspects of his job at All-American. He enjoys the four-day workweek and the company’s family-oriented atmosphere, which he says truly feels like more than just a job.
Tyrie emphasizes that pest control is a skilled trade with endless variety: “Every day brings a new challenge. There’s always something new to learn, which keeps me engaged. Because I love pest control, it’s easy to stay motivated.”
